Jess is the founder and managing director of Sandringham Wood. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and has worked in financial services for her entire career; starting out with a leading financial services product provider before moving into the IFA sector.
Since 2000, Jess has specialised exclusively in financial services recruitment – drawing on her first-hand experience for an in-depth understanding of exactly what her clients require. During this time, Jess has developed excellent long-term working relationships with both clients and candidates.
Jess adopts a consultative, very personable and honest approach and takes huge pride in helping businesses grow and achieve their goals. She enjoys working closely with candidates – providing open, straightforward advice and guidance to help them to achieve the success they are looking for in their careers.
