How we do it

Continual two-way communication and honest feedback

To start with, we conduct a detailed interview with you. This helps us ascertain:

  • your career history to date;
  • your skills and experience;
  • your professional likes and dislikes; and
  • your career aspirations.

We then work with you to devise a plan of action; using our expertise and market knowledge to provide valuable guidance and advice. Your details will not be released to any employer without your consent. You are in control and you decide where your CV is sent.

All candidates are provided with comprehensive career advice and interview guidelines. We also provide as much information as possible about both the role and the organisation recruiting.

Following your interview, it is hugely important for us to hear how you thought it went. Whatever the outcome, we will provide you with honest, constructive feedback.

Once you have received the all important job offer, we assist you throughout the entire process; from relaying the offer details to handling salary and benefit negotiations on your behalf. We can also help you with your exit from your current employer, if required. This includes advice on how to prepare for your resignation, as well as agreeing start dates with your new employer.

“I was blown away by the level of service I received from Sandringham Wood. They were knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. I was sent very detailed information about the company and the role I was interviewing for, as well as plenty of tips on how to prepare. They were constantly in contact, not only to find out how things went, but also to wish me luck! I am very impressed with the level of service and if I ever find myself in the job market again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sandringham Wood or to recommend their services to friends and colleagues. Thank you!”
