Do you get a buzz from providing top-notch support, liaising with clients and using your administrative and organisational skills to make a real difference within the overall financial planning process?

If so, this could be perfect for you…

This Financial Planning Administrator position, based in Cheltenham, will see you working closely with the Office Manager.

You’ll work with a cohesive, friendly small team of Financial Planners and Support staff who provide truly independent holistic pensions and investment advice to both individuals and SME businesses across the Cotswolds and beyond.

Using your experience gained within an IFA/Financial Planning firm you’ll take responsibility for all things associated to supporting the initial financial planning process as well as the support associated to providing an excellent ongoing service to existing clients.

You’ll have good pensions and investment knowledge, a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to deliver an excellent client experience. You’ll be operationally minded and want to make this position your own which ultimately results in you making a positive contribution to the overall success of the business.

This role offers you a great place to work, a competitive salary of up to £27,000 (dependent on experience), pension (5% Er and 3% Ee), 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year to max of 25 and dental insurance. Hours are 9am – 5pm.
